Traversträff II

Kap Syd organized a second wooden flute meeting in Malmö Monday 19th of May. As special guest this time we had Jean-Michel Veillon talking about the wooden flute in Breton music, which was established as a natural part of that genre very much through his own effort.
This event was made possible through Kulturrådet (which is sponsoring the work of Ralsgård & Tullberg) and through Statens Musikverk (which was supporting the tour of Nos Honks and Duo Veillon / Le Bigot)

Flute Workshop in Sweden July 7-11

There will be a flute workshop in Skurup, Sweden from monday 7th until friday 11th! We will work with different aspects of traditional flute playing such as articulations, phrasing, rhythm, and tunes. All flute players welcome!

Release concert June 7 at Ransäterstämman!

The upcoming CD "+1" will be released at Ransäterstämman 7th of June!

New Recording on the way

Ralsgård & Tullberg have been recording material for an upcoming release. The CD will feature the two flute players and several highly interesting guest musicians. The CD is due to be released early summer under the Kap Syd label.
